About the event

Activities include wildlife watching, nature arts and crafts, short well-being walks, and outdoor relaxation. You help to choose!

No previous experience or knowledge is needed, just a willingness to be outdoors and enjoy the fresh air.

If you're looking to take a break and reconnect with nature, these sessions are designed for you. Everyone is welcome, as long as you're over 18.

Free Parking and toilets on site, the V3 bus stops near the marina entrance.

We aim to make our sessions as accessible as possible, so do get in touch if you wish to discuss their suitability and how we can support your attendance.

Please note that the site is accessed via a footbridge with steps, and you must be able to walk at least 1 mile (the Wellbeing Woodland is a 0.4-mile walk from the meeting point).
