23rd was a very quiet morning but I was only on site for an hour, the visit producing just nine Teal, the first Common Sandpiper for ten days and a distant Peregrine. Slight improvement on 24th with 180 Canada Geese, 29 Gadwall, 17 Teal, 7 Herons, Common and Green Sandpiper, Snipe, and great views of two Hobbies (adult and imm), a juvenile female Peregrine and a flock of seven Yellow Wagtails.
