Diana Green - Artist Residency at Aqueduct Cottage
About the event
Diana Green is a tree and landscape artist based at Haarlem Mill in Wirksworth whose work is inspired by the magic of the landscape, myth and folklore associated with trees. Using natural pigments and plants to hand make her own paints and inks, Diana creates powerful, yet ethereal portraits of trees and the wildlife who depend on them.
While at the cottage Diana will be exhibiting her artworks and creating paints using brick and stone waste from the sight and as well as creating sketches and paintings of the local scenery using natural pigments and inks also made onsite.
