A very quiet morning.

On the 31st Aug I saw a water vole swimming across the main pool in reedbed

One of two grey wagtail on water leakage main entrance.

More interesting records included 25 Red-legged Partridges.

Godwits were present briefly before being flushed by a Sparrowhawk.

Mallards and Gadwalls are currently the commonest surface feeding ducks.

Interesting sightings during the first half of August.

Hedgehogs in my garden for the last two years.

This late visit was to accommodate a Cormorant roost count in conjunction with the Nation Wildfowl Count for the month of August.
